A Sustainable Green Inventory System with Novel Eco-Friendly Demand Incorporating Partial Backlogging under Fuzziness

Environmentally friendly goods are market-oriented that create less environmental damage. Their manufacture is related to a product development process designed consider the consequences might develop throughout their life cycle. In reality, global demand for herbal expanding since products manufactured from plant extracts such as leaves, roots, flowers, and seeds, among others, cause destruction. This study introduces novel, eco-friendly determined by usage of chemical substances in products. this context, companies producing these encouraged. Firms interested while keeping an eye on carbon emissions. paper presents sustainable inventory model non-instantaneous decaying items follow under partially backlogged shortages. study, emission releases due setup, degradation, holding were estimated, emissions cap tax policies. approach invests green preservation technologies reduce deterioration. To address imprecision model’s cost parameters, we converted them Pythagorean fuzzy numbers. The optimum profit with estimated considering time level takes reach zero replenishment decision variables. Numerical examples sensitivity analysis significant parameters have been conducted examine effect variation optimal policy.
